Neill Williams shares how she started going to yoga as a self-care gift to herself, and eventually became so much more than just “me time”. Through yoga, her thought patterns changed, which led to her actions changing, and of course, her whole life changed. Neill’s life revolved around her high stress job and the closer she moved towards yoga and being centered, the more she realized that her life in its current state wasn’t working for her. She then set out to fill the gap between the live we have and the live we want.
