Dr. Katy Jane feels that yoga serves us best when we don’t attempt to control our practice and turn it into a rigid discipline. She has experienced the feeling of having to control your mind in order to practice yoga, but she has found that by allowing the natural rhythms to take over and surrendering to them, it brings an ease into her practice and a natural flow that she has never experienced before.
