What's Your Story? (part 1)

Becky Center discusses the power of the stories you tell to shape your life. This week the focus is on reflection and the stories of the past. Telling the story of a recent and mundane event can give you practice in telling your story in many different ways and experiencing the ways that those stories impact your life. You can also start to notice what your current story is about your physical practice and how that feels in your body.
